Facility

Australia wide, all Micos projects are serviced out of its modern head office and factory complex in Milperra, Sydney. The complex houses a 13,300sq m factory / office and 150 employees on 33,000sq m of land.

In case of on-site delays, Micos stores up to 10 levels of complete and palletised product on their premises.

Quality Control

Nothing but state-of-the-art machinery, a strong emphasis on quality control systems, and continuous design development. Regular ongoing testing means Micos can ensure that all product leaves its premises defect free.

Our Capacity

Local

To put it simply, our factory complex has capacity. Even with four curtain wall projects being simultaneously  produced for projects Australia wide, only two of our three production lines on a single shift are required. Micos have comfortably dealt with 18 simultaneous high-rise residential projects through the residential portion of our factory complex in one production shift.

To meet tight lead times, Micos also holds stock of all extrusions in its vast library of custom-designed profiles, ensuring no delays at the beginning of a project.

Abroad

Micos has offshore facilities which cater to the major project market.Our capacity abroad is that of our Australia operations, with no project being too great. Micos off-shore manufacturing delivers the same product as our Australian operations and shares the same management as Micos Australia.

Prototype Sign Off

Micos erects projects specific prototypes for inspection and sign-off by architects and façade consultants. This ensures that finishes, components and details are exactly as the architect envisaged.
